The developer is now waiting on the Occupancy Permits to come through formally as well as the final Plan of Subdivision.
The builder surveyors final checklist is being attended to and approval on this is imminent also.
The developer is expecting to receive Titles prior to the 29th April.
As soon as the Occupancy Permit has been received, Titles issued and the Plan of Subdivision registered settlements will be booked in. Solid will keep you informed and let you know once settlements are being scheduled.
We are also awaiting times for your pre-settlement inspections and Sarah-Jane from our Property Management team will be in touch to schedule.
Lynne was shown through the site about a month ago and she was quite impressed with the product and quality to date.
